Fork Lift Driver/General Operative – Nights

- Forklift Operations: Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load/unload deliveries, move metal products, and supply materials to production areas.
- Manual Handling: Assist in the preparation, hanging, and movement of metal parts through various coating and finishing stages.
- General Labouring: Support production tasks such as masking, jigging, packing, wrapping, and basic assembly work.
- Quality Control: Check items for defects or coating quality and report any issues to the team leader.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including sweeping, waste disposal, and equipment care.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to all site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Any other duties as required
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR recognised) – essential.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Basic understanding of metalwork or coating processes (preferred but not essential).
- Physically fit and able to lift and handle metal components.
- Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety procedures.
- Monday to Friday
- 22:00 – 06:00
- 28 holiday days accrued for full time workers
