Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Fork Lift Driver/Stores Person based in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is essential due to site location.Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver / Stores Person to join a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence and have experience working in a fast-paced stores or logistics setting.Duties and responsibilities:
  • Pushing panels through a machine to apply a finished edge, cutting ply frames on a beam saw, making ply frames using handheld tools, and using tools to make finished products
  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles and move stock within the warehouse
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards
  • Any other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date and RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move stock when required
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Shift pattern:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 07:00 – 16:30
