- At least three years of previous recruiting success (ideally in a startup environment)
- Ability to manage sourcing-to-hire workflows and project sequences (basically, keep a lot of balls in the air)
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding your KPIs
- Experience with HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Experience conducting different types of interviews
- Experience evaluating opportunities and prioritizing responses and actions
- Proven ability to work independently without a supervisor telling you what to do next
- The awareness to identify what needs to happen next and the confidence to then do it
- A sense of urgency to rapidly execute to a plan, evaluate results and keep moving forward
- The confidence to work with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
