A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new role as a Farm Manager in a family business of significant scale in the Yorkshire Wolds. The business is diverse with many enterprises and is looking for a new Farm Manager to support the existing family directors.Initially this role will focus on the arable enterprise but will also cover all other livestock enterprises along with the ability to progress within the business.The arable role will see full responsibility for 2,200 acres of arable land including the management of 4 staff and reporting on performance to the directors. As well as the arable enterprise, you will also be involved with the livestock and renewables enterprises alongside the family directors and will develop into the role to have full responsibility and autonomy.The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business and have the responsibility, reward and recognition of that role together with support from various professional advisors alongside the family directors.Given the importance of the role, it will have a highly competitive remuneration package that will reflect your experience and a bonus structure that is linked with success and agreed KPI's.
