
Graduate Learning Support Assistant

- Supporting high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, and Humanities.
- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions for students who require additional academic or emotional support.
- Helping students stay focused, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborating with teachers to prepare engaging lessons and support with classroom organisation and behaviour management.
- Promoting a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students.
- A graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher (degrees in Psychology, Education, English, or other relevant fields are particularly welcomed).
- A motivated and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting young people.
- Someone with previous experience working with young people—whether through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or volunteering.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with both students and staff.
- Availability to commit full-time from September 2025 to July 2026.
- A paid, full-time role, earning up to £600 per week.
- A year of invaluable classroom experience in a secondary school setting—ideal preparation for teacher training, educational psychology programmes, or other youth-focused careers.
