
Graduate Learning Support Assistant

- Students with mild to moderate SEN, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs
- Pupils facing emotional, behavioural, or social challenges
- Students who need academic catch-up support through 1:1 sessions and small group work
- Close to the Northern Line – Just 5 Minutes from the Nearest Tube Station
- Earn up to £600 per week | Full-time | 1-Year Contract
- Start Date: September 2025
- Provide tailored support to pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Assist in delivering EHCP targets and learning plans
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students who may struggle with confidence or routine
- Support teachers with classroom organisation and behaviour management
- Help students develop independent learning skills and self-esteem
- A recent graduate with a strong sense of empathy and patience
- Interest or experience in working with SEN, mental health, or inclusion (personal or professional experience welcomed)
- A calm, encouraging approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to commit to a full-time role from September 2025 to July 2026
- Highly regarded secondary school in Barnet, with excellent SEN provision
- Only a short walk from a Northern Line station – very well connected
