
Graduate Geotechnical Engineer

- Assisting in designing and managing a variety of geo-environmental and geotechnical ground investigation and interpretative projects for both external clients and for other teams within RSK
- Assisting with the oversight of ground investigations
- Completing groundwater and gas monitoring
- Soil and occasional rock logging to current geotechnical standards, including laboratory scheduling
- Assisting with geotechnical analysis and design
- BEng or BSc or equivalent in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Geoscience, Environmental Science or similar
- Typically a further degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnics or Environmental Science or equivalent would be desirable
- Registered with a suitable professional body (e.g. Geol Soc/CIWEM/ICE)
- A basic understanding of geology, ground investigation works, engineering geology and geotechnical and geo-environmental engineering
- Holding a UK drivers license is critical
- Commensurate with experience
