
Senior Project Manager

- Drive agile delivery of digital projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with customers, product managers, designers, tech experts, and suppliers to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.
- Partner with senior leaders and process owners to remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation including delivery plans, user stories, and action logs.
- Align teams on priorities, expectations, and timelines, tracking progress to successful outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with third-party providers to enhance project success.
- Support and mentor team members, driving alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and agile best practices.
- Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects using agile methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver B2B solutions, including custom builds and low/no-code platforms; exposure to AI implementations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Confident working with data for analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Experience driving process improvements and resource optimisation.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, or Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Resilient, organised, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Background in multi-entity or high-volume operations, ideally within finance or back-office functions.
