
Account Manager (UK North) - Organic Chemistry

- Managing sales activities and driving business development within their designated territory.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management
- Identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting customer presentations, negotiations and attending industry events.
- Providing hands-on product demonstrations and technical expertise
- Represent Biotage at Scientific meetings, trade exhibitions and Industry events.
- Reporting market trends and competitive insights
- Accurately forecasting sales and maintaining customer data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Degree/PhD in Organic chemistry (Or equivalent discipline).
- Practical hands on experience of organic synthesis/chromatography within Pharmaceutical/CRO/CDMO.
- Scale up experience is highly desirable
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
