- Managing and developing sales and lettings operations
- Building rapport with landlords, vendors, and applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success
- Supporting overall branch growth strategy
- Previous experience in residential sales and lettings (essential)
- Strong background in valuations and instruction-winning
- Branch management experience (advantageous)
- ARLA / NFOPP qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, entrepreneurial, and self-driven
- Excellent local knowledge of Aldershot (beneficial)
- Full UK Driving Licence and preferably own car
- Professional, ambitious, and polished approach
