Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentOur client is seeking a committed and experienced Lettings Manager to lead their Farnham office and drive excellence across lettings operations. This key role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service while maximising rental income and portfolio performance.🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the lettings office, ensuring operational efficiency and team performance
  • Deliver against agreed performance targets while maintaining service excellence
  • Conduct property viewings and advise prospective tenants professionally
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all lettings transactions and tenant information
  • Respond to tenant queries and concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved effectively
  • Collaborate across departments to support smooth operational workflows
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to guide clients appropriately
🔹 Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in residential lettings management
  • Strong administrative capabilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across varied audiences
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with property management software is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
