Hours: Typically, 9am-5pm (flexible: 8-4 or 10-6)About the Role:
We are seeking a technically capable IT Support Specialist to help transition employees from One Password to Single Sign-On (SSO) across our organisation. This hands-on role combines technical support with customer service, guiding employees through the setup process and resolving any issues that arise.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout of SSO for ~1,400 employees, assisting 250 users per week.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for password manager and SSO setup.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful login for all users.
  • Schedule and manage 1:1 sessions with employees, following a staged rollout approach.
  • Follow up post-setup to confirm access and report progress weekly.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Experience with One Password or enterprise password managers preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to support non-technical users.
  • Organized and able to manage own diary and workflow effectively.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing remote guidance.
  • Ability to follow structured processes accurately.
  • Trustworthy and reliable; access to sensitive company data required.
