You will contribute to project plans, support design transfer, and ensure all work meets technical and regulatory standards. The Lead Scientist will cultivate a collaborative, rigorous scientific culture while delivering results on time.Responsibilities
  • Technical lead on multiple Product Development projects
  • Lead and mentor scientists to achieve milestones
  • Develop experimental plans, analyze data, and document findings
  • Execute technical sections of project plans for assay/test method optimization
  • Support risk management (ISO 14971) and design control compliance (ISO 13485)
  • Apply Robust Design/Design of Experiments principles and statistical analysis
  • Author and maintain Design Control documentation and Design History Files
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing data to support design decisions
