- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal HR systems and databases.
- Support payroll administration for Portugal and the UK, ensuring timely and accurate processing in collaboration with external providers.
- Serve as a consultant to managers and team members on People policies, processes, and best practices.
- Take ownership of the employee onboarding process, designing and improving programmes to create a welcoming and engaging experience for new joiners.
- Address employee queries related to onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and other People Operations matters.
- Manage recruitment processes in Europe and LATAM (Predominantly Brazil)
- Contribute to People initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
- Previous experience in Recruitment and HR
- Familiarity with payroll processes would be an advantage
- Portuguese Fluency is essential.
- Solid understanding of HR/ATS systems, databases, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and managers at all levels.
