- Scaling high-performing product, engineering, and technical teams across the UK and EMEA
- Filling roles quickly without compromising on quality or candidate experience
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that attract best-in-class talent
- Championing process improvements and employer brand initiatives
- Finding and engaging high-calibre active and passive tech talent using creative sourcing techniques
- Running end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple technical functions
- Conducting structured interviews to assess technical and cultural alignment
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Advocating for our EVP and telling our story to inspire the right candidates
- Tracking pipeline health and hiring metrics, and adjusting strategy accordingly
- Supporting ongoing initiatives to improve the efficiency and inclusivity of our hiring process
- 4+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven success hiring across engineering, product, or other technical teams
- Prior experience in SaaS, scaleups or high-growth tech environments
- Strong sourcing capability and tools proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean, Github, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High energy, passion for candidate experience, and a bias for action
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
