No two days will look the same-you'll be handling everything from property maintenance to tenant renewals, while ensuring a first-class experience for all parties.Your day-to-day will include:Coordinating property maintenance and refurbishmentsOverseeing rent collection and arrearsConducting regular property inspectionsBuilding strong relationships with tenants and landlordsLiaising with lettings and sales departmentsServing notices when requiredManaging tenancy renewalsThis is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) in Soho, offering huge exposure to the London property market.The CompanyYou'll be joining one of the most well-established estate agencies in central London, with a portfolio spanning Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, Marylebone, and Hyde Park.
