Salary: Up to £70,000A well-established, international Property Management Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Property Manager to join their team in London.
As the successful candidate you will have experience in managing high-net worth clients and their high-end residential portfolios, ensuring high-quality management services in safety, maintenance, finance and day to day operations.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records and compliance documentation for all managed properties.
- Conduct regular inspection and risk assessments for all properties in the portfolio
- Conduct quarterly client meetings
- Act as the first point of contact in emergency situations
- Evaluate and manage service contracts
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Ensure all properties maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and repair in keeping with the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- Produce and coordinate reports and updates in line with client requirements, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all communications.
- Strong understanding of prime residential property management, particularly high-value estates or properties.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and relevant qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH or a commitment to achieving these).
- Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and reconciling expenditure.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with high-net-worth clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage emergency situations effectively.
- Leadership and mentoring experience, with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards across all aspects of property management.
