£35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Benefits and DevelopmentOur Ref: ADW00587Working as a trusted Advisor to a varied portfolio of clients across the UK, you'll provide tailored, commercially-minded HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to complex employee relations and change.What you'll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality HR advice, guidance and solutions across all generalist areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance, contracts, benefits and policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely, pragmatic solutions are delivered.
- Manage multiple client projects and casework, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
- Liaise with legal partners to oversee and support more complex cases when required.
- Draft clear, accurate documentation including contracts, policy updates, letters and guidance materials.
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and provide advice in line with the latest best practice and legal requirements.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role at Advisor level or above.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
- A confident communicator, capable of advising clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
