Our Ref: ADW00590You'll deliver seamless support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contractual changes to employee relations, benefits and offboarding – working closely with managers, HRBP’s and the wider team to ensure a smooth service, while also helping to drive improvements and efficiencies within HR operations.Key responsibilities
- Ensure HR processes and company policies are up to date and running smoothly.
- Support managers with employee relations issues and assist HR Business Partners with more complex cases.
- Have a good understanding of pay, benefits and reward packages.
- Assist with Benefit reviews and the enrolment process.
- Implement changes from the Employment Rights Bill where needed
- Look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and effective.
- Manage relationship and SLA monitoring with current HR system provider.
- Deliver regulatory and legal updates in line with compliance requirements.
- Work with recruitment to ensure new starters have a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage employee data and MI across onboarding, contract changes and leavers.
- Support wider HR projects and initiatives when needed.
- Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified, or a strong HR generalist, with solid operational experience.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR systems.
- Experience managing complex employee relations casework.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Payroll knowledge desirable.
