As a Construction Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging lessons and practical training sessions across a range of construction and built environment. You'll support students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners, helping them gain the skills and confidence they need for their careers.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of BTEC and HNC courses in Construction and Built Environment.
- Develop and implement course materials, assessments, and schemes of work to ensure effective student learning.
- Actively engage in student recruitment activities and provide academic support, including inductions and progress reviews.
- Contribute to the development of new courses and continuously improve the curriculum based on industry trends and student feedback.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, ensuring compliance with college policies on equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
