- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on construction industry experience
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
- Passion for teaching and developing others
- Teaching qualification (Level 5 PGCE/DET) - fully funded if needed
- Assessor/verifier awards training
- Ongoing professional development

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
