- Develop and execute a best-in-class marketing automation strategy to support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all segments and global regions.
- Collaborate with campaign architects, product marketing, sales and external agencies to align on shared goals, systems, and KPIs.
- Lead the execution of campaigns that leverage MAP, CRM, CDP and ABM data.
- Serve as a strategic advisor across marketing and sales teams, enabling adoption of tools and processes that improve funnel performance and pipeline velocity.
- Own and optimize the MAP Platforms, including buildout of programs, “gold source” templates, nurture tracks, segmentation, compliance, deliverability, interfacing, data flow and more.
- Train and enable field and campaign marketers to use the platform effectively with scalable templates, documentation and ongoing support.
- Manage and optimize connected platforms, including Marketo, Salesloft, 6Sense, Zoom, GoToWebinar, and others to be acquired — ensuring seamless integration and workflow efficiency between these and other Mitel platforms (Salesforce, Snowflake, People.ai).
- Own and evolve data management tools and strategies for segmentation, augmentation, insights, hygiene, and sync between MAP and Salesforce.
- Maintain and optimize the marketing campaign architecture, workflows and logic as business needs evolve.
- Oversee the intersection of MAP with Mitel’s broader tech stack — including Salesforce, Tableau, People.ai, and CDPs — to manage and report on top-of-funnel engagement, scoring and nurturing.
- Manage third-party vendors and platform partners to ensure the successful delivery and innovation of automation strategies.
- Support integration and setup of new marketing technologies as the Martech stack evolves.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance marketing automation strategies, optimize customer segmentation, personalize content, and improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
- Establish, track, and report on Email and Engagement KPIs across the full demand funnel; define benchmarks and share performance insights with key stakeholders and executive teams.
- Continuously test and iterate on nurture and outbound programs to improve ROI, pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
- Partner with other Marketing Operations team members to evolve reporting frameworks in MAP, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Partner with demand gen, product marketing, sales, and digital teams to align campaign strategy, data usage, and lead management processes.
- Drive user adoption and alignment across cross-functional groups (e.g., Field Marketing, BDRs, Channel Account Managers, Named Account Managers) with training, resources, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on data quality, governance, and segmentation strategy to improve campaign performance and personalization.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation (Marketo preferred), with proven ownership of strategy and execution.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, campaign architecture, and database segmentation.
- Experience enabling campaign and field marketers in a global environment.
- Strong experience with MAPs platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense and Salesloft.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex campaign data and present actionable insights to stakeholders and executives.
- Skilled in optimizing lead flows, conversion paths, nurture journeys, and campaign effectiveness using both native and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead training courses and influence cross-functional groups.
- Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent certification.
- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or telecommunications industries.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CASL) and marketing compliance best practices.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts related to marketing platforms and services.
