Just straight-talking, high-standards, and a team that pulls together.What’s In It for You:Up to £55K basicPerformance based bonusesPension scheme contributionWhat You’ll Be Doing:Managing a mix of acute healthcare and commercial contracts – ops, finance, client, compliance, all of itLeading site teams and subbies – getting the work done, safely and properlyBuilding relationships with clients who don’t need hand-holding – just clear communication and solid performanceKeeping records sharp – CAFM, compliance docs, budgets, auditsQuoting for additional works (HVAC, M&E – estimating support provided)Supporting junior managers and mentoring where neededStaying cool under pressure and sorting problems before they land on someone’s deskWhat You’ll Need:At least 10 years managing M&E/FM service contracts (ideally including healthcare)Confident running P&L on multiple live sitesAble to scope and price HVAC works (support available for larger/complex jobs)Strong with H&S, compliance, and quality standardsSolid grasp of CAFM, MS Office, digital reporting (training on our systems provided)Calm, capable, and commercially smartMechanical or HVAC background a real bonusAbout the Company:This is a well-established, respected M&E and FM business with a strong client base in healthcare, public sector, and commercial environments.
