- Handling inbound fault calls and logging faults accurately.
- Escalating issues to the relevant technical teams.
- Liaising with Security Engineers, contractors, and local service providers across the EMEA region.
- Coordinating diaries and scheduling site visits for Engineers (install and service teams).
- Raising site access requests.
- Providing wider administrative support to the operations team.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an engineering or technical environment.
- Proven experience scheduling Engineers or coordinating field-based resources.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
