Your role will involve one-on-one sessions, group work, and collaborating with professionals like probation officers and social workers to provide well-rounded support.The Ideal Aspiring Youth Offending Officer:
  • Support young people to overcome challenges and lower their risk of reoffending
  • Help create and implement personalised behaviour and rehabilitation plans
  • Build trust and rapport through individual and group engagement
  • Assist young people in developing social skills and making positive life choices
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
What We're Looking For:
  • A criminology graduate passionate about youth justice and supporting young people
  • Experience in related roles is a plus but not required - full training provided
