- Support young people to overcome challenges and lower their risk of reoffending
- Help create and implement personalised behaviour and rehabilitation plans
- Build trust and rapport through individual and group engagement
- Assist young people in developing social skills and making positive life choices
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- A criminology graduate passionate about youth justice and supporting young people
- Experience in related roles is a plus but not required - full training provided
- A patient, empathetic, and calm approach to working with vulnerable youths
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A motivated self-starter eager to make a lasting impact
- Ability to commute to Bedford
