- Clear career progression into education, clinical mental health roles, or specialist youth offending teams
- Hands-on experience in the education and training sector supporting at-risk youth.

- Supporting students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours in both 1:1 and small group settings
- Implementing behavioural strategies and interventions in partnership with SENCOs, therapists, and teaching staff
- Helping young people build emotional regulation, resilience, and positive social skills
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams-including social workers, psychologists, and education welfare officers-to ensure holistic support
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages learning, reflection, and personal growth
- A recent criminology, psychology, or social sciences graduate, or someone with a strong interest in youth justice, education and training.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient mindset with a genuine passion for making a difference
- A desire to build a long-term career supporting vulnerable young people in either educational or therapeutic settings
- Some previous experience (formal or informal) with young people is helpful, but full training will be provided
- Able to commute to Bedford and work full-time during term time
