– Provide comprehensive support to foster carers, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to care for children
– Conduct assessments and develop plans that align with the best interests of the child, setting goals for their future
– Collaborate with a range of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and intervention
– Organise and lead training sessions for foster carers, helping them to enhance their skills and knowledge
– Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to legal and organisational guidelinesRequirements for this role are:
– A degree or equivalent in social work ensuring you have the foundation and theoretical understanding required
– Current registration with Social Work England to practice legally and ethically
