– Lead the recruitment and assessment of foster carers in Medway, ensuring the process is thorough, fair, and supportive.
– Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare reports for panel submissions, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
– Work collaboratively with children, foster families, and other professionals to support the fostering journey.
– Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers, addressing any challenges and celebrating successes.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.Requirements:
– Must be registered with Social Work England.
