- RSA II or equivalent.
- ECDL Qualification or equivalent.
- Business admin qualification level 3.
- Administration/office experience i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, collating and presenting information etc.
- Providing administrative or secretarial support.
- Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
- Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
- Administration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Software and Microsoft Outlook or equivalent administrative programs.
- Working knowledge of SystmOne.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive information.
- High level of attention to detail and quality of work.
