- Lead the internal Customer Service & Internal Sales function of 6fte, providing them with regular training, development and feedback
- Manage end to end customer orders, from order processing through to arranging dispatch and delivery
- Ensure a world class level of service is provided to B2B customers during all interactions via phone and e-mail
- Implement a sales through service model, developing upsell and cross sell opportunities that will lead to increased customer spend, supporting the business with commercial targets
- Develop the function into a proactive Internal Sales and Customer Service Team
- Provide support to Area Sales Managers around stock availability and customer support
- Prior management of a customer service or internal sales function
- Positive approach to developing a team
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments
- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- Up to 10% bonus

- Monday to Thursday 08-30 to 17-00. 4pm finish on a Friday
