As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support with daily routines, including personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities. You will encourage independence, promote dignity, and create a safe, friendly, and welcoming home environment for every resident.What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, though not essential
- We welcome those new to care who are eager to learn and grow
- A kind, patient, and reliable nature
- A genuine passion for supporting older people and working as part of a team
