As Senior Care Assistant, you will take the lead on each shift, supporting and supervising the care team to maintain the highest standards. You’ll be hands-on in delivering personal care, administering medication, and helping to create a warm, safe and dignified environment for all residents. You’ll communicate clearly with families, professionals and colleagues, ensuring each resident’s needs and preferences are understood and respected. Your presence and leadership will help foster a positive team culture where everyone feels supported and valued.What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential
- Ideally working towards (or already hold) NVQ Level 3
- Practical Medication Administration training with competencies
- Proven experience in a care setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
- Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
- A kind, compassionate, and respectful approach to care
