We'll look to you to act as health and safety (H&S) expert and support to the Development business and external construction stakeholders through visiting and engaging with contractors on site.You’ll provide advice and training to internal stakeholders, particularly the delivery team, to enable them to support site teams more effectively and will be responsible for undertaking siteinspections and monitoring the quality of third-party H&S inspections and standards on Development led and partner responsible sites.To be successful, you’ll need practical and demonstrable experience of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, experience of working on-site with Principal Contractors and experience of undertaking H&S inspections and audits to relevant legislation, standards and best practice.
