
Academy Assistant Performance Analyst (Casual)

- Film training sessions and matches across multiple sites and age groups
- Code and analyse training and match footage using provided mark-ups
- Upload and manage footage on both internal servers and online platforms
- Maintain an organised archive of completed work
- Assist in identifying opposition and tactical trends
- Provide ad-hoc support to full-time performance analysis staff
- Commit to working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional long shifts, in line with the demands of the role
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work with attention to detail
- Possesses a solid understanding of football, both technically and tactically
- Confident using performance analysis software such as Angles, Final Cut, Hudl, and Keynote
- Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills
- Proactive and able to work independently while following academy standards and policies
- Flexible and available to work during evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours
