This role offers a £28,000 basic salary with a realistic £55,000 OTE, a structured five-day working week with no Sundays, and the chance to work in a dealership consistently delivering over 50 units per month. You’ll be part of a professional, supportive team in a modern dealership environment, with excellent facilities and genuine opportunities for career progression.With clear earning potential and a strong, established customer base, this is the ideal role for a driven Transaction Manager looking to maximise their success in a thriving main dealer.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the finance and insurance process, ensuring profitability and full FCA compliance
  • Handling finance applications from proposal through to payout
  • Supporting the sales team with valuations, deal structuring, and tailored finance packages
  • Driving sales of F&I products such as service plans, GAP, and extended protection
  • Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and forecasts to monitor performance
  • Generating renewal opportunities and encouraging repeat business
  • Assisting management with training and development of sales staff in F&I best practice
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
  • Previous experience as a Transaction Manager or Business Manager within a main dealer environment
  • Strong knowledge of F&I products and FCA compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a customer-first approach
  • High levels of organisation and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Confidence with CRM systems and performance reporting
  • FSA accreditation (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable

  • A structured five-day working week: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00, no Sundays
