
Assistant Manager – Charity Store

- Previous management experience is beneficial
- Previous customer service is essential
- Experience in working with a charity store is advantageous
- You take pride in helping a variety of customers from all walks of life
- You have experience with handling Cash/Card payments
- To be considered for the role, you must live within a 30 minute drive of Crawley town Centre
- Able to be flexible in the work days
- Stock the shop with donations from the public
- Manage stock pricing
- Control stock levels, ensure the successful delivery of sold items via the driver team
- Assist with the management of staff, from Permanent staff to volunteers
- Help the Store manager with daily tasks
- 5 Days a week on a Monday to Sunday Rota
- Monday – Saturday – 0900-1700
- Sunday – 1000-1600
- Management Experience
- Retail Experience
- Charity shop experience beneficial
- Due to this being a Charity shop, The client can only pay National Minimum Wage
