- Providing 1:1 and small group emotional and academic support
- Helping students develop positive coping strategies and resilience
- Assisting with behaviour management and de-escalation using trauma-informed practices
- Supporting students through personalised learning and wellbeing plans
- Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs, behavioural challenges, or mental health concerns
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and emotional resilience
- Be proactive and flexible in responding to students' individual needs
- Be committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of all students
- Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate
