- Responsible for speaking to customers in the French region with regard to their pending and booked courses
- Manage a ticketing system to respond to escalated customer queries via email and by phone
- Assisting with queries about courses due to take place
- Take payment for further course bookings
- Manage complaints and solve problems for students currently enrolled on courses
- Ensure an excellent service to existing and new customers
- 2+ Years experience in an office based customer service role - ESSENTIAL
- French language skills - written and verbal fluency - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of cyber security industry - DESIREABLE
- Previous exposure working a ticketing system - DESIREABLE
