Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established training business in their search for a Customer Service Assistant to work in a hybrid role from their offices in Swansea.For the successful Customer Service Assistant our client is offering:
  • Salary up to £25,000
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 - 1700
  • Permanent

The role - Customer Service Assistant:
  • Communicate with customers and course attendees via email and telephone
  • Assist with enquiries about course schedules and customer queries
  • Support the customer service executive with queries and investigation
  • Manage initial complaints from customers
  • Assist with payments for course bookings
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Assistant:
  • Customer Service Experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French OR Italian OR an Eastern European language - ESSENTIAL
  • Relative Qualification in languages - DESIREABLE
