This team works with children subject to care proceedings, focusing on securing permanence and positive outcomes through detailed assessments and robust court work.What You Can Expect:A well-established and supportive team environmentHigh-quality supervision and access to specialist supportHybrid working pattern – 3 days in the office, 2 remoteOpportunities to contribute to meaningful permanence planningDuties and Responsibilities:Undertaking a range of assessments to inform permanence, including:Parenting assessmentsSibling assessmentsViability assessmentsSpecial Guardianship Order (SGO) reportsWriting comprehensive care plans and final court evidenceManaging cases where children have a plan of adoptionAttending panels and preparing matching reportsLiaising with legal services, carers, and other professionals throughout proceedingsRequirements:Social Work England registrationSocial Work qualificationPost-qualified experience in CIC and Court workStrong knowledge of permanence planning and adoption processesProven ability to write clear, high-quality reports and court documentationConfident, proactive and resilient approachIf you have a passion for court work and permanence planning, and want to be part of a team where your expertise makes a real impact – this is the role for you.Contact Details: Emily Cooper – 07745200325 |
