  • Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and other professionals.
  • Managing a varied caseload, ensuring the highest standards of practice and care.
  • Promoting service improvements and supporting the development of social work practice within the team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced Social Workers with a background in children's services, adult social care, or both.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Experience of mentoring and supporting junior staff.
  • Passion for Social Justice: A genuine desire to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to build effective relationships with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.
