SEND Teacher/ Youth Project manager

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching children with mild SEND, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
- Familiarity with GCSE and functional skills teaching
- Experience with Pecs & Makaton would be a strong advantage.
- Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education and advocacy.
