- Oversee the Business' Planning and Purchasing function, ensuring all Inventory Management activity supports the delivery of Financial, Sales and Marketing plan.
- Manage 3rd Party Supply Chain, including liaising with the Business' Supply Partners to ensure OTIF is achieved, as well as Cost Savings delivered through both developing innovative methods of working and effective negotiation.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other key Business functions to drive continuous improvement and constructive partnerships supporting both the Supply Chain and Operational function, as well as the wider Business objectives.
- An Academic Degree in a business related field or equivalent
- Experience of leading an end to end Supply Chain function, specifically with a focus on S&OP processes would be advantageous.
- Experience of working with Asian based Suppliers is essential
- An analytical and structured approach, to support the development of strategy and delivery of results through data analytics is desirable.
- An understanding of Product compliance certification, specifically in consumer products, would be beneficial
- Must be comfortable Analysing, Summarising and Presenting data to Senior stakeholders
- Must possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, and a strong attention to detail
- Should have a passion for people and team development
- Must be able to work in a multi-tasking, deadline driven, fast-paced environment
