Your leadership will directly impact the safety, readiness, and compliance of our hire fleet-keeping our customers moving and our standards high.
  • Oversee workshop schedules, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with all servicing standards and legislation
  • Mentor and support apprentices through hands-on development
  • Drive workshop performance, organisation, and safety culture
  • Collaborate with rental and field teams to maximise asset uptime
About YouWe're looking for someone who thrives on leadership, structure, and a bit of pressure. If you're a natural organiser who can coach, coordinate, and communicate with ease-this role's for you.
  • Proven experience in hands-on Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (any type of vehicle from cars to HGVs)
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Comfortable handling compliance, documentation, and safety standards
  • Enjoys developing others and mentoring apprentices
  • A people-first mindset with a focus on teamwork and customer service
