- Design and produce high-impact static and motion assets for digital, social, in-store screens, out-of-home, and print.
- Champion and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Translate campaign briefs into exciting, on-brand creative assets.
- Edit and produce short-form videos and animations (e.g. digital signage).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ops, CRM) and external partners (printers, signage).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.
- Stay plugged into design trends and food culture to keep our creative fresh.
- 3+ years of design experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of social media formats and digital best practices.
- Great eye for layout, typography, colour, and detail.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude, capable of taking a project from concept to delivery.
- Experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
- Happy to work 5x days a week in the office in West London.
