This hybrid role combines technical expertise in image processing, graphic design, and video editing to support our growing creative output—particularly in the property marketing sector.You will work closely with our Studio Manager and other members of the design and production teams to deliver high-quality visual content, from retouched photography to beautifully designed brochures and engaging video clips. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an excellent eye for visual composition, and can consistently meet high client expectations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Image Processing & Retouching:
Edit and enhance property photography using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, ensuring all images meet brand and client standards. * Brochure & Print Design:Design and lay out high-end property brochures using Adobe InDesign, integrating retouched imagery and client content to produce visually compelling print and digital assets. * Video & Motion Graphics:Support the video production department with editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects, including basic animation and video overlays. * Client Collaboration:Curate image sets and design outputs based on detailed client briefs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. * Workflow & Communication:Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Bookings, Account Management) to fully understand client needs and timelines, ensuring seamless delivery of creative assets. * Customer Support:Respond to client queries via the support line regarding image production, brochure design, video production, and related services. * Quality Control:Maintain high standards across all creative output with a keen eye for detail, color accuracy, alignment, and layout integrity.Job Qualifications:Essential Skills & Experience:Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Lightroom
  • InDesign
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • (Plus any other relevant Adobe software tools)
Strong knowledge of photography and design principles, particularly how camera outputs affect image editing results.
  • Advanced skills in brochure design and layout using InDesign, including print and digital formats.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak periods.
  • Proactive work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client-focused mindset, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in video production and post-production
  • Basic animation and motion graphics knowledge
  • Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation
  • Experience in property marketing or real estate design
Working Environment:
  • Primarily remote-based, with one day per week required in our London office
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Sales, Bookings, and Account Management teams
  • Report directly to the Studio Manager, who will provide ongoing support and workflow coordination
