✅ Offer compassionate support to students with SEN (ASD, SEMH, MLD, or SLD) and their families
✅ Track attendance trends and create tailored strategies to boost engagement (including home visits)
✅ Analyze data and manage legal attendance processes
✅ Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to champion student successWhat You Bring:✔ Experience - At least 1 year supporting SEN/SEND students
✔ Safeguarding Insight - Strong awareness of child protection and attendance policies
✔ DBS Check - Enhanced (registered or willing to obtain)
✔ Eligibility - Right to work in the UK & two professional references
