✅ Provide emotional and behavioural support to SEN students (ASD, SEMH, MLD, or SLD)
✅ Monitor attendance and implement strategies to improve engagement
✅ Uphold safeguarding policies, ensuring student welfare is prioritised
✅ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student wellbeingWhat You Bring:✔ Experience - Minimum 1 year working with SEN/SEND students
✔ Safeguarding Knowledge - Strong understanding of child protection
✔ DBS Check - Enhanced (registered or willing to obtain)
✔ Eligibility - Right to work in the UK & two professional references
