- Developing and delivering a high-quality training and development strategy.
- Conducting mandatory training such as manual handling, dementia care, safeguarding, infection control, basic life support, and MCA/DOLS.
- Using blended learning methods including in-person, e-learning, and practical coaching.
- Ensuring legal and CQC training compliance across all homes.
- Creating personalised learning plans and collaborating with managers to tailor staff development.
- Monitoring and evaluating training outcomes.
- Managing training budgets and sourcing cost-effective training solutions and funding.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through regular review and feedback.
- Representing the values and standards of excellence in elderly care through all training.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a training management role in the healthcare sector.
- Hold a recognised teaching or training qualification.
- (Desirable) Be a qualified nurse registered with the NMC.
- Be confident delivering training across various formats.
- Have experience in dementia and elderly care environments.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend sessions.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential for travel between homes).
