You'll support the wider nursing and care teams in maintaining clinical excellence, ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities Include for the Clinical Deputy Manager include:
  • Providing clinical leadership and mentoring to nursing and care staff
  • Championing resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times
  • Contributing to audits, care planning, risk assessments, and governance processes
  • Supporting quality improvement and ensuring up-to-date clinical practices are embedded
  • Maintaining accurate and clear documentation to support effective care delivery
  • Assisting in staff development, appraisals, and training initiatives
  • Being a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals, offering clinical expertise and reassurance
About You:
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Strong clinical background with experience in elderly care settings
  • Confident with care planning, clinical assessments, and CQC compliance
  • An excellent communicator with a compassionate, person-centred approach
  • Passionate about mentoring others and driving positive change
