- Providing clinical leadership and mentoring to nursing and care staff

- Contributing to audits, care planning, risk assessments, and governance processes
- Supporting quality improvement and ensuring up-to-date clinical practices are embedded
- Maintaining accurate and clear documentation to support effective care delivery
- Assisting in staff development, appraisals, and training initiatives
- Being a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals, offering clinical expertise and reassurance
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- Strong clinical background with experience in elderly care settings
- Confident with care planning, clinical assessments, and CQC compliance
- An excellent communicator with a compassionate, person-centred approach
- Passionate about mentoring others and driving positive change
